Meg – Office Manager

Meg is the office manager and treatment coordinator at Smiles at Warren Parkway. Her
experience in the business of dentistry and knowledge of insurance make her a trusted
financial advisor to patients when it comes to their oral health care. But she is unlike others
in her field and position because she is motivated by a real sense of responsibility to the
patients.
“I want patients to feel safe and unburdened when I am helping them with their treatment plans
and handling their financial arrangements, co-payments and insurance claims. It breaks my
heart when I encounter someone who has crippling concerns about receiving dental care
because they had a bad experience with fees or surprising, unforeseen costs from
uncooperative insurance. At the same time, I welcome these patients because we can make a
huge difference in their lives and their health. I know what we have here at Smiles at Warren
Parkway: skillful practitioners with an eye for beautiful aesthetics, competitive pricing, a staff that
believes in patient education, and an open dialogue policy between patient and doctor where
questions are answered clearly and honestly and expectations are set and exceeded.”
Born in Lafayette, Louisiana and raised in New Orleans, Meg is full of southern hospitality and
indebted to Cajun cuisine. She takes hobbies in sewing and interior design. If you ask her what
brightens her day, she responds, “Appreciative patients and my Australian Shepherd.”
